Before you write — the obvious answers.
How long does a project take?
Studio: 6–14 weeks discovery → production. Quick: 2–5 days fixed scope. You always get a concrete date in the SOW, not a band estimate.
Do you sign NDAs?
Yes, mutual NDA as standard. Signed before discovery — we don't talk money before we see scope.
Where do you host production?
Hetzner Cloud (Finland — GDPR-friendly) or your infra. Never Vercel for backend with PII. S3-compat storage on Backblaze B2.
Who owns the code?
You do, fully. Repo on your GitHub, docs in your Confluence/Notion. We don't hold you hostage by the code.
What if scope changes mid-flight?
Scope change → separate mini-SOW, separate estimate. Not every mid-project idea is free, but none lands in the bin — we always come back with "doable, cost, time".
