Where this came from
Started as freelance IoT and automation work — turned out the companies we helped wanted more: dashboards, SaaS, integrations. Instead of growing into a software house, I decided Kajpa stays a boutique — one person leads every project, hardware and code stay in-house, zero subcontracting.

I run everything, but not alone.
Rotating experts
For specific pieces (PCB design, machine learning, design systems) I bring in people I trust on a per-sprint basis. Each has their own studio — they're collaborators, not employees.
