From call to go-live — exactly what happens.
Every phase has a concrete output, time, and who-does-what. "No surprises" isn't a slogan — it's the contract.
- 01DISCOVERY
- Czas
- 3–5 days
- Output
- SOW + timeline + fixed budget
Workshop and tech audit
Day 1: conversation with your team and decision makers. Day 2: audit of existing systems (if any) + architecture sketch. Day 3: we write the SOW — scope, timeline, budget, risks, what's out. Fixed fee for Discovery (€500), credited back if you move forward.
- 02PROTOTYPE
- Czas
- 2–4 weeks
- Output
- Working prototype + review meeting
α version on real data
Hardware lands in your hands. UI clicks on real data. We intentionally stop at 60% of scope so you see the direction before paying the rest. If after prototype we choose to part ways — you only pay for work done, full stop.
- 03LAUNCH
- Czas
- 4–8 weeks
- Output
- Deploy + runbook + 2-day team training
Production + monitoring + training
We finish scope, deploy to your infra, stand up observability (Grafana / Plausible / Sentry), train your team 2 days on-site. A runbook stays — what to do when X happens. Go-live is not the end.
- 04RETAINER
- Czas
- 12+ months
- Output
- 4h SLA + monthly reviews + incidents
Support and iterations
After go-live we move to retainer (from €3k/month). Shared Slack channel, status page, monthly review with priorities. Incidents: response within 4h, resolution by severity. New features — queued into monthly rotation.
